  They switched all Tourist Visa applications to VFS global. VFS global is the worst company to deal with. Really bad practices, they even gave my friend the wrong passport once.

  I wouldn't normally review an embassy but in this case I was blown away by how kind and helpful all of the staff at the embassy were. Even the security staff at the entrance. What a pleasant surprise to receive such great service at an embassy. Just one suggestion for an improved experience, it's not entirely clear that the parking is the dirt area next to the building, some signs would be helpful.

  They complicated things for me over nothing, and even after two months and a half, my file was empty, and they were like "oh, that's strange" ..
