  one of the best grocery shop in bahrain.. prices is a wee bit more than other grocery stores... but I'm sure u will find wheat u need in one place.

  I love their baked goods, but I suggest you stay away from their "fresh" meat cuts. Not only can they be not fresh, they often turn out to be rotten. Also, this is one of the most expensive supermarkets around, so you better shop here sparingly.

  The selection of products has excellent variety between European, Asian and American brands with a bit of local ones thrown in for good measure. A bit on the pricey side but still competitive since not a lot of local supermarkets can source or even carry the goods that they have on offer.

  Always good for grocery shopping. Love the bakery baked breads. The fruit is always good quality.
