  Staff has very little customer service experience. I went there with the kids few days back and my kids adked to buy some key chains for their room keys, i was excited that they finally like things i use to like. Then they saw a demo place where they can sit and play and got busy. Suddenly a staff came to take the key chains away, when my children told him
