  Very poor after-sales service. My brand new Sentra has been without a working radio for several months as the parts have taken so long to arrive. There is a shuttle service to drop customers home/at work but not one to bring them back - they have to arrange a taxi!

  The service is good and the lounge is a good space out from a busy day. Especially the massage chair

  Every time i give them my car i get a scratch. And they drive it 5 to 20km even if it was sent for body work that dont need drive test. They lost one screw, one rubber thing frame from the engine, body works takes so long (15 days to replace a door which is 5 days more than estimated). Car rental was good.

  Standard product and for the same price better options are availabl. Road entrance to showroom needs improvement. Not all staff are helpful.
