  When the staff are lazier than the receptionists you know something's off and not Zain enough. Good services, slow staff...

  it is a zain store if we have any problems regarding zain sim we can go and give the complaint there like sim lost and etc

  Terrible service.. no good for business users at all- service is cut, no warnings given.. really the worst customer compliant experience you would ever go through
