  This is my oldest child's second year here at the Children's House. This year is my daughter's first year. First hand, by far the best school for my children. The school puts the child's education and well being first. Instead of trying to tell me my child is struggling, they work to find interventions to help with his behavior. With much determination and dedication from the school as a whole, he has really made strides in his behavior and academics. BOTH my children love the school and look forward to going every morning. When a child loves to go to school and they are showing their parents all they have learned, to me, that is a great accomplishment for a school.

  The Children’s House is a wonderful school where my children found a second home! Learning here is guided and respected. My children are excited to go to school everyday because they feel respected and encouraged. The principal, Ms. Kim and the staff are wonderfully trained in the Montessori system. The teachers live and breath the ways of the Montessori. No wonder that the school is accredited by the Montessori Evaluation and Accreditation Board! This is an honor that The Children’s House worked very hard for and definetily has earned it! I feel safe sending my children to this wonderful school and I know that if I have any concerns, I can ask for a meeting at any time and we can respectfully discuss all of the concerns on the table. There are no problems that we have not found a solution for! The key here is to listen and respect each other! This is the Montessori system after all. The system is recognized worldwide as the best! Thumbs up to the best early childhood education center in Bahrain!!!!!!!!

  At first I was under the impression that an accredited montessori preschool would offer my son the perfect learning environment. Regretfully I was shocked that he was discriminated against and finally expelled from the preschool at the end of the first semester because the school owner, principal, and all the teachers decided that they no longer want to accomodate him.. not for something he did wrong but because he is allergic to nuts and sesame. Its worth noting that they were well informed in advance about his allergies and fully accepted him at first. However they changed their minds later because it was inconvenient for them to implement the no nut no sesame policy at the school. I was given the letter informing me that he was expelled on the last day of the first semester and the only reason given was his severe allergies to nuts and sesame.. which i had completely disclosed in full detail before enrolling him. What was done to us by this school was illegal and we raised a complaint at the ministry and were refunded the full amount paid. And we were very lucky to find a wonderful preschool that took my 3 year old boy at such short notice. However I just wanted other parents to be aware so this never happens to anyone else.
