::Great new Gym in the heart of Saar. Excellent option for those that live in Saar. Great equipment, knowledgeable trainers. A lot of options not available at other fitness centres in Bahrain. Refreshing new addition to the bland gym market.

::Very good fitness center with a lot of facilities . This gym has 30,000 squrefeet running track which you will not find in any other gym. You can have Many training like wrestling , yoga , weight lifting , power lifting , body building , calisthenics , rock climbing , mudi thai , jiu jitsu , boxing , mma , pole dance, zumba etc. There is place for you to have shower , steam bath and even hair dryers for ladies. They also have "Seeds" to prepare the protein shake etc. The only issue with this Gym is.. it is not everyones cup of tea.. in simple words pay more get.more !
