  I would give this company a negative star if I could. Pathetic experience ordering a home Internet line. They basically have no idea what they are doing and speaking to different 'customer care' reps gives you completely different answers. I had to wait 3 weeks for a fixed internet line and since my kids are being homeschooled, Internet was absolutely essential. Must have rang them no less than 20 times during this period and left my number every time for them to call me back with an update. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE CALL BACK! Some of their call center staff are downright rude and obnoxious. This is what government monopolies become if they are not tightly managed. Sorry to say but my otherwise pristine experience in Bahrain was completely sullied by this good for nothing company.
