  From what I see in this review page there are a lot of negative comments. I also have bad experiences, but I want to say about my last car service. Immediately after the service (I was still in the workshop) I discovered that the mobile charger left in the glovebox was no more there. I informed the service advisor, who told me “we will check and let you know” Today, after two weeks, they told me that they are not responsible for my mobile charger. So, when you go to Mercedes for service, please, prepare an inventory list !!! On top of that as usual the service is absolutely overcharged.
