  Clean. Food was okay. Prices are a little higher then in the U.S. But it's still a McDonald's. Can't go wrong of your looking for fast food.

  It must be the country. How do you f**k up McDonald’s. I’m use to lazy American making my sloppy food but you guys somehow found a way to be far worse... every aspect of what you do is so far for what you’re trying to be. Simply put I want to eat your food but you guys suck. I miss America

  Delivery service is the worst by far. I ordered my food at 7pm and I ordered 10BD worth of food. It is currently 9:20 and the delivery did not get to me. The call center did not help me follow up on the order. The manager of the bank did not call me either.

  Delivery is usually cold and something is missing from the order about 50% of the time. (Has happened at least 5 out of 10 times.) Yet when I tell them there is no effort to apologize or make up for it. On top of that the website message open 24 hours but this is not true during Ramadan. How hard is it to be accurate? Put the correct items in a bag. Post the correct times on your website. Act like you have pride in your product and customer service. At least fake it.

  Terrible... They never deliver on time, the food is always cold, and they don't care. It's the worst "McDonald's" around. TERRIBLE
