  Less than a single star. Broken toilets and bath tub, cockroaches around, broken fridge, poorly maintained furniture, stained tables and tiles. Be aware before booking a room, check all furniture, otherwise you’ll have to pay for any damages which was not done by you. The only good thing is pool, but that’s not the main attraction there. Very bad service, You’ll have to call them hundred times for towel, glass, Other consumables. Worst experience with staff. The staff-boy drinks alcohol on duty!!! Got cheated by staff recently.

  Attended a birthday party here. The buffet was excellent but that was the only good thing. The decor is quite dated. In order to get to the birthday hall we had to walk outside past the pool. At one point the a/c cut out. They did bring in portable units but they took forever to hook them up. I found out that the hotel also owns Copper Chimney, so that explains why the food was good.
