  The service here in the city centre branch is horrible. They’ll tell you the food is ready in 10mins but they didn’t actually prepare your food after 20mins. I was the only customer in queue so I dont understand why they won’t tell you whats causing the delay. Manager will also make it look like its your fault for complaining lol. Bad bad bad service.

  انصحكم ما تطلبون من هذا المطعم لان انا طلبت لازانيا بالصلصة الحمراء لكن احضروا لي لازانيا بالصلصة البيضاء لا و بعد قياس البارسل 25في15 اما اللازانيا 15في10 اتصلت إايهم قلت لهم اريد إستبدال الطلب لانه غير صحيح لم يسمحوا لي فقلت اريد إرجاع الطلب فقطعوا الخط اتصلت11مرة لكنهم قطعوا الخط مجددا عساهم الموت إنشاء الله و لا يخرجون من قبورهم ولا حتى ليوم الدين لا يستحقون هذه النجمة لكني وضعتها فقط ليصاكم الخبر. :-X
