  I had a manicure with Essie gel polish done on Thursday. Friday the polish started lifting. Now I have 3 nails with the polish messed up. I called today to see if I can be reimbursed because the only other brand they have is shellac and that does not stay on my nails. Gel polish always lasts two week or longer on my nails, but for some reason this brand didn't. The lady who I spoke with transferred me to another lady who was saying it was my problem not theirs that the polish is chipping. She said she will not reimburse me. All she can do is re-do my polish. I told her since the polish doesn't stay there is no point in re-doing my nails, all I want is a reimbursement. She wasn't helpful or customer service oriented. Never coming here again and spreading the word that this place does not give good customer service.
