::Dr Basil is excellent. I had eye problems for more than 4 years and spent hundreds of dinars of buying spectacles that did not work. Dr Basil immediately saw the problem and helped arrange for eye surgery which was very successful. When performing eye tests he does not simply take readings from a machine but adjusts these to suit an individuals needs. I would thoroughly recommend him.
