  I was pleased with their service the first time we used them to move from Riyadh to Khobar 3 years ago. So I decided to use their services again to move from Khobar to Bahrain. Even though the employee I talked with was the same one from 3 years ago, I didn’t see the same professionalism I did before. Late replies, not enough information and when I asked for a breakdown of fees I was ignored. In the end I had to look elsewhere and managed to find a different service that was more willing to discuss the cost and my requirements.
