::Appalling service. Booked a car from 5pm on Thursday, ran late due to traffic and when I arrived at 5.30 the office was shut. No-one bothered to give me a phone call to see where I was. As the office is shut on Friday, I now have no car for the majority of the weekend. I will be demanding a refund of my money.
