  I was told the balloons would last 2-4 days because he put gel in them the make them last. They were blown up about 1:30 PM and in the middle on the night all but 3 had deflated. The picture is the day after Valentines day. I paid 600fils each just to have 10 ballons inflated, the heart shaped was 1 BD each to be inflated (I purchased them from Carrefour). I also purchased 1 balloon from them for 3 BD, paying a total of 11 BD. I was told helium is expensive.... no, that's just expensive, probably just for me.
