  I had the worst experience at a very difficult moment of my life. I was due for surgery, the doctor gave me an appointment and never showed up(ps I came in through the emergency) I don’t even want to get started with how clueless the insurance staff are. The hospital manager charged me for the same services they charged the insurance company. I never got to approve the insurance invoice. The head of orthopedic saved the day with a succesful surgery.

  The Ortho doctors are professionals as well as the ENT. Pediatric nurses are nice specially Nurse Kasey

  I made an ASL surgery here by Dr. Bassim Dhaif. It was excellent experience. Thanks Dr. & Staff.

  I haven’t had a bad experience here. The team is always professional and kind. I feel at ease here even though I HATE hospitals. Best thing is that they really don’t keep you waiting! If you’re appointment is at 6pm you’ll be seen by the doctor around that time.
