  This hotel sucks........ They are applying for 4 star but actually they are not deserving 2 star.... I will highly recommend to let them improve more....

  Nice stay in andalus plaza .. good location, good service, suitable for families, no bar or night club

  Well the room was great, staff is great , I ask for one more towel he said we don’t have now tomorrow I send u one !! And the water way hot at the moment u can’t have a shower imagine in the middle of summer ?!! Otherwise all good the hotel very clean.

  Hotel was clean but unhelpful staff and lack of fascilities made my experience bad. There is only a very few restaurants on walking distance.

  The hotel has a wonderful staff as I'd call them the most generous hosts ever. The facility needs an urgent improvements and upgrades. A significant investment in assets would definitely bring more customers in weekdays as well. The location could be a downfall for some, but I see it a strategic one. The housekeeping staff must be trained so desperately in order to understand what is hygiene and how to make a room super clean. As for food, take a walk downtown to enjoy a vast varieties of international and local cuisines, because you won't find good options at the hotel. They do have a massage centre, but I didn't try it. If you're on low budget, this is your catch 👍
