  (-)Booked online when I arrived the receptionist could not find the reservation and charged me 100 (SAR) more a night. The shower leaked, the bathroom was flooded when I opened the shower door. Bay view yes. The windows are so dirty it is hard to see the view. The sex in the other rooms was so loud for over 5 hours. I assume this is the place to go with your ONS. (+) clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast buffet.

  Very good hotel and rooms are bigger. Value for money. Good staffs and very loyal to customers. I recommend this place to everyone.

  excellent location with a supermarket and places to eat just directly opposite of hotel. Initially i had issues with sleeping at night as I was in a connecting room with a door in between and my inconsiderate neighbours were talking very loudly into the morning. However, I would like to commend Melanie from the reservations department who acted swiftly upon my complaint and upgraded me to a deluxe suite. Needless to say, from that night onwards, I had very good sleep as that area was very quiet. Daily breakfast was really good(the chef made nice waffles) and had an elaborate spread. I really enjoyed the breakfast in diva hotel. Overall really nice stay here.
