::We had really bad experience at the Thai lounge at the Ritz Carlton Hotel we went all the way there and they said when is your reservation and I said 5 PM if it know if you’re not a member at the club or staying at the hotel you can not just go to you reservation but you can move your reservation till 7 PM so we would not like to wait there and it was really awkward
