  (+) Convenient location, friendly staff, secured, great internet and cable tv connection, cool AC (-) Dusty floors esp in room 803, unkept curtains, missing sink hole plug, leaking water to toilet floor, dirty toilet floors, stained tub, electrical room lightings need check up, presence of cockroaches in toilet and room, no iron and ironing board. (basic kitchen amenities not reviewed)
