::Excellent products. Bought 5 lights from them. 4 of which r 1.8km range flashlights. Extremely heavy duty. However the sales people r extremely bad. I called yesterday. He talked and talked. Then hung up on my face?!?! I went there. They sold me a defected flashlight. It was flickering after I charged it the intial charge of 10 hrs. I exchanged it for a new one. Also when I called and asked about a specific model of flashlight. They said its not available. I headed there 30 mins after I called and found exactly what I asked for... Japanese products. Sanford. Extremely reliable. Use my torches for the garage. Under the hood. At home when there is a power outage. Rechargeable is the magic word. =)
