  The restaurants have excellent food. Rooms are clean. Good spa and salon services.

  Terrible terrible terrible management. Was traveling from Saudi to Bahrain and wasn't able to pass through causeway as my son passport expired. I had to beg hotel management several times for them to consider cancelling my reservation but they kept coming with different execuses to rib me off. They ignored my emails calls.... This is not how to keep loyal customer.... Greetings to hotel manager as you have been doing a great job.... Just remember what goes around comes back around!

  Well decorated rooms with amazing view and location. Walking distance to alseef mall and surroundings. Need some improvements to the staff but once you speak to the manager you will definitely be satisfied.

  I have conducted a business seminar here and must say they know the meaning of customer service ... plus the team is very proactive and friendly.... chefs special will forever be on my mind as they truly delivered. Highly recommended
