  the hotel is very nice. professional staff and welcoming. the food was delicious . i hope i stayed more than a night.

  Thanks Ramada The hotel fully reached our expectations, hotel staff outstanding,Everything was good since the moment we checked in till the very last minutes.All the staff are great always smiling and helpful Special thanks to the Egyptian gentleman Farag for providing us all information we asked for. The room is spacious and very comfy The food is great and a lot of varieties in the breakfast as we stayed on BB basis.

  We transferred from another hotel because of very poor service. The moment we arrived at reception we could tell Ramada was much better. Noticing that my two teenaged daughters were tired because of a long flight the receptionist ushered them to sit while she prepared check in. After a few minutes she personally accompanied us to our room. Because it was already late in the night and buffet was finished the hotel staff had our dinner delivered to our room. The food was superb. Staff were very polite and made sure everything was in order. The experience easily surpassed our expectations.

  We had bad experience with Dev, the might shift duty manager. They already had credit card details and when we asked for an extra bed, they didn't accept to send it up until we came down to pay for the extra bed in the midnight! That's really unacceptable.
