  Always a ling wait at customer service. There is not much privacy when speaking with the CS as the waiting area is very close. The staff are very helpful but not friendly.

  They are a bit slow sometimes but always helpful and solution oriented

  This is my primary bank & primary branch. They are usually lethargic with only one cashier & one customer service officer. Few more guys always move in different directions not not helping anybody. Manger is mostly inside his glass cubical never intervened to resolve the long lines or employees on distress. The only reason pulling me again & again to this branch is the fact that its near my house, nothing more!

  I loved being a client of this Bank unfortunately their online service is below my expectations at the current time (few years ago it was good for that time) unfortunately it's almost the same as it was before with some unbearable issues.
