  Advice to bring more chairs extend outside and also charging station because of a couple of hours need to wait for a single transaction. Turtle service.

  Be ware of your Data could be loss when you submit any application inside the branch , Staff not well knowledgeable of securing your data , Complaint Dept fully ignorance to take serious action .

  The website not effective I have tried many times to transfer money from my account to another account unfortunately it doesn't work and before 2 weeks ago I called the call center they told me there are some issues it will be solved as soon as possible but the issue still till today.

  One of the most useful and helpful and friendly bank i have worked with in Bahrain,, i highly recommend it, the staff are very nice and supportive, their customer service is excellent!
