  I visited during Ramadan for Iftar. The atmosphere was excellent, the staff were super polite and helpful the food however ... well ... let’s say I was expecting better taking into consideration the cost and the overall prestigious setup 😅 would I visit again? Maybe but not likely ... rating: 6.5/10

  The service here is not so professional lately. Reception is not so focused. I believe they run around and forget you waiting. Today, they gave my reserved table to someone else although I was only 7 minutes late without calling me.

  This is the Westin’s breakfast venue starting at 6:30am. Friendly and attentive servers. Lots of variety and choices. Fresh carrot, watermelon, and orange juice. Omelettes made to order. Arabic food and international options. Spacious so you can work and have some peace before the day begins.

  They serve the best salmon in town. They payed attention to details. I like to thank Hanan for her fine service and hospitality to my family tedious orders.

  Terrible service. They advertise prices with ‘++’ that means extra taxes only when you reach the till, then get annoyed when you question such an obvious attempt to rip people off. Wish I had gotten the name of the person who served me, as they should be looking for a new job. Go to Pauls instead, there you get what you pay for with no ‘++’.
