  Terrible services! Called them several times becouse I need assistance with my visa process, firstly we had a language barrier, as they are not so fluent in English, second thing secretary transferring to the wrong numbers several times, then others are annoyed and bothered by my call so they are all nervous shouting “who gave you my number” and so on. Very rude staff. Aside from those minor issues, website of gdrfa.ae it’s the most terrible website I’ve ever seen, firstly you need to make an account and wait for confirmation mail, which I personally got after 5 days, yes FIVE DAYS, and guess what that’s not all! Website is not working! So you have a questions that are mandatory to select from offered, once you click to offers there are non. So you can’t ever finish your request.

  very bad service, specially the front desk support lady. and no one is answering the phone.

  I called them and the operator told me the timing for the embassy from 8 am to 12 pm
