  Such a difficult bank to deal with, far too much red tape, ridiculous turnaround time for requests, truly disappointing bank. Only advantage is the credit cards, however is it worth the hassle I'm not sure.

  “No one available” to sign bank issues letters on Saturdays”. So why are you open for customer service ?? Terrible and waste of time.
