  Busaiteen Tower is a serviced accommodation. It is not one of the best in the area but it is not poor either. It is okay compared to the prices of the flats being paid monthly. There is a gym and swimming pool available at the roof top which is one of the advantages. Parking is limited within the building but there are spots around the building where cars can be parked. Another advantage is the easy access to the high way which takes you out of Busaiteen area to the diplomatic area.
