  Appalling service. Booked a car from 5pm on Thursday, ran late due to traffic and when I arrived at 5.30 the office was shut. No-one bothered to give me a phone call to see where I was. As the office is shut on Friday, I now have no car for the majority of the weekend. I will be demanding a refund of my money.

  Office is located at the entrance to Gate 4. Park in outdoor parking lot and walk in to Gate 4. Tiny office located in the vestibule

  Car had a flat tyre and received no help and wanted me to pay out. Very shocked at their customer service.
