  We are getting good service in this branch especially from the tellers. Keep a counter for single transaction for the commercial customers (Note: The Virtual Queuing App, BBK customers can use the app to enjoy a variety of banking services such as new account opening, loan application, insurance products or teller services including deposits and withdrawals. The app will also help reduce the traffic at branches, thereby benefiting all of our customers), It says for all our customers, but not getting this service to the commercial customers - the above note is taken from BBK site.

  Parking can be an issue during peak times, but generally the branch is pretty decent and you get the service you expect from BBK

  You have to wait more than 1 hour every time for bank teller
