  Completely unreliable. Do you have low budget for transportation and a lot of time on your hands? Bahrain bus is your best bet. Else the amount of frustration is going to go over the roof. Been using their services for over a year now and their route timings are very poor. When the right bus comes to the terminal, they immediately re-route the destination. Better to spend more and reach your destination on time. The pic of the bus stop shelter (put up by a regular user) will give you an idea of how amazing the service is.

  the bus stops are a joke. no proper shading or seats. they made the seats to just show there are seats. I wonder who even designed it. AND MAJORITY OF BUS STOPS SHOULD BE CALLED POLE STOPS cuz only a pole is there to give you shade. REALLY PATHETIC!! AND add more buses to aali and isa town and riffa from manama to and fro!!

  Date 17th January 2018, Bus Number 42126, Route From Askar to Manama, timing 9.10 PM, Location Near Mahooz, I sat in the bus from askar and the Bus driver was Driving the bus Roughly without stopping at any Bus stop and putting Harsh breaks suddenly it seems like he was drunk and when I was about to reach my Location near Mahooz I pressed the bell button before the bus stop came but the bell button was not working and the guy didn't stop the bus on the bus stop then I knocked the glass of the bus and it stopped on the signal then I said the driver whyhe didn't stop on the Bus stop then he said me that I should press the ring button and I explained him that I pressed and the bell is not working instead listening to me he started talking Rudely to me and even he didn't stop on the next bus station and said me to come to Manama and Complain about him if I want to... Very Bad I never expected this

  Poor customer service , drivers very rude to the passengers.Driver see the passengers but he is not stop on waiting area bus stop.Also shouting to passengers.

  its good i like this transport when i came from dubai always using public transport...
