  The worse bank in Bahrain.. very bad customer service very rear ATMs very very bad website and internet banking.. its really deserve the award of the worse bank on earth. Update 27/9/2017 the bank is getting better than before 3/5 Update 6/2/2019 It has become my favorite bank, all disadvantages had been changed to better. Thanks

  I am a business man and I have so many kind of customers. I don't know which customers VIP which one normal for me I respect my all customers. Yesterday I got one cash cheque from one of my customer so I thought seef branch is near to me so I will go in seef al salam bank branch. I wait on the line long time coz there was other customers also but when my turn came I went to teller and I am surprised and I feel that I stupid coz she told me sir this branch for VIP customers. So plan that from next time if any customer of mine give me al salam bank cheque I will ask are they VIP or not and plz sir put in your website that (seef branch only for VIP`S ,) so at list people will not waste there valuable times.

  This bank, hands down wins the darwin award for worse bank in Bahrain. It has so many faults on almost every level. The customer service mismatched my account. 45 minutes waiting for leathagic teller to manage 5 customers then my account was found to dormant (which was supposed to be known by customer service earlier) then 30 minutes waiting to photocopy my ID then another 30 minutes to activate then finally 15 minutes to withraw. The manager is not on duty & everybody is covering for eachothers ignorance. Tubli branch is the worse! Go somewhere else.
