::Many places has good customer service, but this place has personalized customer service which is very rare and make them outstanding. It is lovely to shop in a place where they recognize you as frequent customer and they know your name and other family members, but when they ask you about the well being of your family, when they know your most frequent orders and advise/suggest based on that, when they recognize you with significant seasonal gifts it becomes like shopping at home. It is slightly overpriced, but its worth it. Shopping there makes me happy and if there was more than 5 stars rating I would have given it.

::This branch of Aljazira is by far the best when it comes to customer service. the staff are friendly, extremely helpful and always welcoming. I have been a regular customer since 2008 and since then the staff at the bakery remember me and ask me about how I have been when I don't visit for a while. The products are fresh and there is a wide international and local options. you can also find organic fruits and vegetables. There is a health store on the second floor and another isle downstairs dedicated to organic foods and supplements. simply you can find everything you are looking for when it comes to grocery shopping.
